Sessions begin Feb. 18 in Berea

BEREA — BEREA – In response to increasing demand from residents in Berea and the surrounding area, Body Recall will be offering additional fitness and flexibility training classes at its Mt. Vernon Road campus (US 25 south) beginning Monday, Feb. 18.

Classes will be offered Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 12:45 to 1:45 p.m. with additional classes available on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and Saturday mornings from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. One-on-one and small group trainings also will be available.

Classes will be conducted by longtime trainer and newly certified Body Recall instructor, Carolyn Castle. She brings to Body Recall over 33 years of fitness, flexibility and resistance training experience and currently is working with students ranging in age from 13 to 84. Castle previously owned a gym in Utah and competed in fitness and body building contests in Colorado and Wyoming.

“I am delighted to be part of a program and an organization that emphasizes lifetime fitness regardless of age, ability or condition,” she said. “I also share Body Recall’s goal to “get more people moving and keep them moving.”
