KIRKSVILLE — Hello everyone. Don’t forget the annual Easter Egg Hunt at the Carpenters. Just watch for the yard full of plastic eggs. It will be this Sunday after the morning service.

Of course, if it is raining, it will be postponed to the next week. I think it was cancelled three times last year. Let’s pray for better weather this year.

Kirksville Community Center will be having a car show on April 20 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

There will also be a tractor and motorcycle show and a swap meet. If you are interested in trading up or just selling your ride, this would be a great time to do so.

Awards will be given. So start polishing.

The craft and vendors fair will be coming up on May 18. Contact information will be at 338-6690 or kirksvillecommunitycenter@gmail.com

Full Gospel Tabernacle will be having its youth meeting this Sunday from 4:30 to 5:45 p.m. at the church. Of course, there will be food for the kids.

This would be a great time to get involved in the youth projects. They also will be assigning parts for their upcoming drama.

Just thought I would update everyone on the progress of my niece Cathy’s old house.

Besides paying bills, she is getting started with some of the remodeling.

Remodeling takes so much more time than starting from scratch.

I want to thank Don Chambers again for not being able to say “no” to my dad on agreeing to help in the remodeling. What Don does, we are there also. So, thanks again.
