RICHMOND — If you did not get to attend the Baptist Health Heart show  in Richmond on Thursday night at the cinema, you missed a great opportunity to be educated about your heart and its care. Thanks so much to the Baptist Health team for putting on such a rewarding evening. We even got a T-shirt as we left.

Arritta Morris is a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University with a degree in Nutrition and a graduate degree in Counseling. She is certified as a Food Service Specialist by School and Nutrition Association.
