Madison Community Band presents ‘Songs for the Season’ on Dec. 9

RICHMOND — On Sunday, Dec. 9, at 3 p.m., the Madison Community Band will present “Christmas: All Through the Night!” featuring holiday favorites.

The concert will take place in the beautiful new auditorium at Madison Central High School. The concert is open to the public and there is no admission charge.

On the program are: “It’s the Most Wonderful Time of the Year,” “Santa Claus is Coming to Town,” Percy Grainger’s “Children's March,” “All Through the Night,” “Hallelujah Chorus,” and Leroy Anderson’s “A Christmas Festival.”

 Conducting the program will be the band’s director, Dr. John Stroube. Narration will be provided by the Rev. Dr. Rusty Rechenbach.
