WACO —

How did you like the “snow day” on Tuesday?

Better safe than sorry, right?

According to the weather forecasters, more of the white stuff may be falling this weekend.

The Waco Masonic Lodge, No. 338, at 195 College Hill Road has rescheduled its Thanksgiving/Christmas dinner for 6 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 21. Everyone is invited. Brilian Cain has the ham ready.

Lodge members will be delivering Christmas fruit baskets to the Waco Masonic widows this Friday.

Installation of new lodge officers is Dec. 27.

Happy birthday wishes go out to: Mildred Maupin, Dec. 3; Justin Plummer, Dec. 13; Kenny Dennis, Dec. 15; and Kayla Kidd, Dec. 17.

Happy Anniversary wishes go out to: Don Earl and Sue Rice, Dec. 6; Harold and Donna Rice, Dec. 7; Jim and Doris Cox, Dec. 9; Tib and Donna Congleton, Dec. 18.

That’s about it for this week. Stay safe and warm!

(Will we get to see the Santa parade in Richmond this Friday? Watch the weather!)
