Hunter Safety class

UNION CITY — The activity at the Union City Ruitian tonight will be the Hunter Safety Class. Classes will meet on Thursday and Friday evening at 6:30 pm.

Union City Baptist Church is planning a trip to Creation Museum for Saturday, July 27. The group will leave the church at 8 a.m.

The church will host Movie Night on Friday, August 2, 7 p.m.

Looking to the future, Union City Baptist is planning a mission trip to Pascagoula, Mississippi the week of October 19-26. Contact Bill Hendricks if you are interested in this mission trip.

Union City Christian Church continues to host archery sessions each Wednesday at 6:30 p.m.  Adult Bible Study is also in progress during the same hour.

The Christian Church will host a unique music group Sunday, August 11, 6 p.m. Firebird Orchestra from Lexington will present a concert. This youth orchestra is composed of a variety of flutes. Austin Rieck from Union City is a member of the group. This is a free concert with a love offering taken. All are welcome to attend.

Anniversary wishes go out to Andrew and Tammy Doty, next Tuesday.
