KIRKSVILLE — Hello everyone. It is time for summer camps and missionary trips. The Kirksville Baptist Church mission team will be serving with Georgia Mountain ministries in Helen, Ga., the week of July 14-21. They are asking for prayer as they minister and witness in the mountains of Georgia.

Josh Logan is back again at the Community Center on July 12. It will be a concert and dance from 7 to 10:30p.m. Admission will be $5 and free to kids age 12 and under. These concerts help benefit the Community Center. Concessions will be available.

The Clothing Closet will be open on July 20 from 9 to noon. The Full Gospel Tabernacle and the Clothing Closet is working together for the August back-to-school bash. They are planning a date for both areas to be open to help meet the needs of many children. The planned date is Aug.10. If you have very nice school-age clothing, start gathering them and drop off to the center in July. It takes a little planning but working together can be a great blessing.

Ok, just so everyone will know. I have made it through four days of Duane's retirement. No, he has not started working on my honey-to-do list.
