Baldwin remains on weather roller coaster

Baldwin News

BALDWIN — Hello from Baldwin. How is everyone’s week going?

I hope everyone is having a great one.

We are still on that roller coaster with the weather. Warm, sunny, rainy, cold and windy. I just don’t like the wind at all. I just wish it would either stay cold or stay warm.

Farmers are still busy with taking care and feeding the cattle here in Baldwin.

Rolled hay is moved from one place to the other to feed their cattle. We are a farming community and several times a day you will see tractors on the road. So be careful and watch out for them.

Happy birthday wishes go out next week to Connie Wilson, Sunday; Rocky Applegate, Tuesday; Anna Robinson, Wednesday; Camiel Habets, Sean Hamilton and Kamryn Hiten, Thursday; and Junky Lovings, Saturday.

I hope all of you have very happy birthdays and many more happy ones to come.

Happy anniversary wishes go out next week to two very dear and lifetime friends of mine, Donald and Mary Earl Dargavell, Thursday.

Don and Mary will be celebrating their 33rd anniversary. I hope you have a happy anniversary and many more happy ones to come.

I attended a fellowship breakfast at Antioch Christian Church on Saturday morning.  The men cooked, but I did see some women in the kitchen, also.

They had a wonderful meal and a great time of fellowship. There were approximately 50 people in attendance. I was so glad I was able to attend.

Well, I guess that’s all for now. Let me know if you hear any news. Just give me a call at 623-4579 or e-mail at pljones61@netzero.com.
