Top of the Crop Replacement Heifer Sale this Saturday

The Central Kentucky “Top of the Crop” Replacement Heifer Sale is set for 2 p.m. Saturday at the Blue Grass Stockyards of Richmond, L.L.C.
This promises to be an excellent sale, offering over 100 quality replacement heifers for your herd.
All heifers were born and raised on consignors’ farm or they are source-verified. All heifers have had the following vaccinations: Clostridia, IBR-PI3, BVD, Haemophilus Somnus, Leptospirosis, and Vibriosis. All heifers have been treated for: grubs, lice, and have been de-wormed. All heifers have had pelvic area measurements taken and are bred to easy-calving bulls. These heifers are guaranteed 90 days safe in-calf by sale date, and have been inspected by a KDA representative.
The sale is sponsored by Madison County Beef Cattle Association, Kentucky Department of Agriculture and the Madison County Cooperative Extension Service.
