Students from three fourth-grade classes at Waco Elementary School gave book reports Tuesday morning with a Halloween Twist.
The students read books from the library, then decorated pumpkins to resemble their favorite characters from the story. They then gave a report on the story in front of their classmates with their pumpkin nearby as a visual aid.
Before and after the reports, the various pumpkins, along with the books they belong with, were on display in the hallway outside the classrooms.
