For the third year in a row, a horde of pint-size walking dead hobbled and twitched outside of LaFontaine Preparatory School until the sounds of Michael Jackson's "Thriller" coaxed them to dance.
Nearly 100 students ages 4 to 7 performed this year, up from only 14 zombies who danced the first year, said co-founder Gus LaFontaine.
Students have weekly dance classes and have been preparing since mid-August, he said.
