• Police responded to the Cracker Barrel parking lot in reference to a theft from a vehicle. The victim stated when she returned to her vehicle, someone had smashed in her passenger window and stolen her purse and its contents. The inside of the door frame also was damaged during the theft. Estimated loss and damage to the vehicle: $1,440.
• Richmond police responded to the 300 block of Mount Rushmore Drive in reference to a stolen truck. The victim stated that his black 1999 Chevrolet Silverado (KY 269-GVY) with a cowl induction hood was stolen some time during the night. The victim stated his truck was in excellent condition with a new coat of black paint, chrome wheels and chrome mirrors. Estimated value of the truck: $7,000.
• Police were dispatched to the 3000 block of Silver Charm Court in reference to a stolen ring. The victim stated she believed the ring was taken from her residence some time over the past couple of months. The ring is described as a platinum ring with a two band, princess-cut diamond. The victim did not report any signs of forced entry. Estimated value of the ring: $7,500.
• Police responded to the 400 block of Jason Drive in reference to a stolen bicycle. The caller stated that her son’s black-and-white bike with rear pegs, white skulls on the seat and no handle grips had been stolen from outside their apartment the day before. The caller did not know the make or model of the bicycle. Estimated loss: $110.
