RICHMOND — An early Wednesday traffic stop by Madison County Sheriff’s deputies led to the driver’s arrest on meth-making charges.
According to Sheriff Mike Coyle, deputies found materials used in the manufacture of methamphetamine in the vehicle of Robert Lee Farra, 33, of McKee.
Deputies then searched a residence in the 400 block area of Evansdale Avenue in Richmond where they also found several chemicals and items of equipment used in meth making.
Farra was charged with the manufacture of methamphetamine (first offense) and possession of meth precursors and taken to the Madison County Detention Center where he remained Wednesday evening, according to the jail’s online records.
