• A complainant reported his vehicle had been broken into while parked at Auto Medic, North Estill Avenue, overnight. Entry to the vehicle was gained by manipulating the door locks, the release stated. Reported missing: A Rosetta Stone Spanish to English computer program, a black case containing 250 CDs, a box of assorted hand tools, a millimetric tool, a black Hewlett Packard 500 GB external hard drive and a black leather case for a laptop. Estimated loss: $5,680.
• A resident in the 700 block of Cimarron Road reported a black Mongoose bicycle had been stolen from her residence Oct. 23. Estimated loss: $100.
• The owner of a Pine Street residence reported several items had been stolen from unsecured storage buildings on the property. Reported missing: a blue moped, an Ingersoll Rand mig welder and tool boxes containing various hand and power tools.
•The owner of Kentucky Collision, Kim Kent Drive, reported the business had been broken into Oct. 19 and a black Canon camera had been stolen. Entry was gained through a ventilation duct. Estimated loss: $300.
• A resident in the 200 block of Geri Lane reported his apartment was unlawfully entered early in the morning and a number of items were stolen. Entry was gained through an unlocked window. Reported missing: A Samsung 55-inch plasma television, two black lamps with tan shades, a Phillips electric toothbrush, a tinted pearl necklace, 18 to 20 inches, and several small pieces of costume jewelry. Estimated loss: $3,274.
